The very charming and restful Villa Lou Pantai is a luxurious and rustic 200 square metre villa near Nice in the Alpes-Maritimes. It has a private pool and a 2,000 square metre secluded garden containing olive trees, a barbecue, pizza oven and super view to the Mediterranean from 370 metres high. Rates range from 1600 Euros per week in low season to 2750 Euros per week for July and August The upstairs and downstairs areas are self contained and can be rented separately for 1/3rd and 2/3rds of the normal rates respectively. Also longer term rentals are negotiable. Gattieres is only 20 minutes from Nice airport and the Cote d'Azur. It sleeps 8-10 in 4 bedrooms, plus 2 sofa beds if needed. Skiing is available 1 hour away at Valberg and Isola 2000. The Monaco Grand Prix, swimming, boating and diving along the French Riviera,gliding, flying, climbing, hiking, golf, superb restaurants, historic abbeys, lakes and breathtaking scenery are all within a small radius of Gattieres (800m), St. Jeannet (1.2 km) and Le Broc (6 km). These, the nearest Villages are shown below.

The 2 ground floor bedrooms from the pool area. Both rooms can have double beds or 2 singles.

Villa Lou Pantai is large and comfortable The ground floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. All beds are 2 metres long. Each bedroom has double French windows opening onto the south facing private swimming pool. Outside the living room there is a large patio with comfortable dining and sunbathing furniture. The absolutely charming Provencal tiered garden faces South by South East. Measuring 60 X 40 metres, it is planted with 15 olive trees plus fig, orange, lemon, apple, plum, cherry, and oak trees.

The outside cooking facilities include a wood burning pizza oven and a separate barbecue with running water.

The accommodation includes the ground floor with very large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with 3 toilets and garage.

The living and dining area is open to the kitchen and patio. This room is about 60 square metres.

The upstairs sleeps 2-4. This area has its own entrances from the garden and garage and can be rented separately. The bedroom connects directly to the lounge which has double French doors and main door to the back garden. The patio has a sitting and outside dining area.

Ms. Price - Gary asked if I would drop you a line regarding our recent stay at his villa. My husband and I spent 8 days there in May with his parents and aunt and my sister, her husband and their 8-year old son. All of us had a very enjoyable and comfortable time. The location is quite nice -- between two lovely little villages and quite near Vence and St. Paul de Vence, both of which have great art (the Matisse chapel in Vence and the Maeght Foundation in St Paul). It was also convenient for the Cote d'Azur. The house has a wonderful view and is private and very quiet. It has a very nice, large patio, including a large table under the trees and near the pool where we ate dinner every night. The kitchen was easy to work in and well-equipped. The bedrooms were lovely and very comfortable and there were 3 full bathrooms, which was convenient for all of us. The linens, pillows, towels, etc. were all good-quality and very comfortable. It was especially nice for my in-laws because there was a separate 2-room apartment that was connected to the main house yet entirely private. That had its own bathroom and small kitchenette. Also, Gary was very nice and accommodating, as was Echo. We've rented villas in a number of countries and I would say that this was one of the best experiences we've had.
